We’re thrilled to welcome you and your family to West Rapids Elementary! It’s both a privilege and a responsibility to work with the most important people in your lives—your children. We’re committed to creating a school experience that is engaging, supportive, and full of meaningful learning for every student.

Our administrative team brings a depth of experience to West Rapids.

• Mrs. Stefan serves as Principal and previously led King Elementary in Deer River for 11 years. Prior to that she was a first and second grade teacher for 15 years.

• Mr. Clayton Lindner joins us as Assistant Principal from Southwest Elementary and has also led Northland Community School.

West Rapids Elementary first opened its doors in 2020 as a K–5 school. Beginning with the 2024–2025 school year, we are proud to serve our youngest learners as a K–2 building. While our grade levels have shifted, our commitment remains the same: to provide a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where every student can grow—academically, socially, and emotionally.
